Refund policy
Simple and fair: re-stage or refund if you're not happy.
Single photos ($2)
If you're not happy with a staged photo, tell us what's wrong within 7 days of delivery and we'll re-stage it free. If the re-stage still isn't right, we refund the $2 — no argument.
Monthly plan ($29/month)
Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing month. If the first batch of photos in a billing period misses the mark and we can't fix it, we'll refund that month's charge on request within 7 days of the first delivery in that period.
How to request
Email indiemarketingarsenal@proton.me with your order ID (or the email you ordered with) and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Late delivery
We promise delivery within 48 hours of a completed order. If we miss that window, your photo is free — re-staged on priority or refunded, your choice.
